Minibus Express in 2014

Where has the year gone we ask ourselves and no doubt our clients are asking the same question.

We have remained very busy again this year providing a high level of service to our clients ensuring they get to and from the airport safely and on time.

If you haven't travelled yet in 2014 and are looking to do so, give us a call and we can provide you with a quote or book you in. We have made a couple of changes to the way we do things and hope that this will appeal to some of our clients. We are offering a shared ride/exclusive return transfer for those of you who prefer not to wait when you return to New Zealand. Contact us for pricing.

We are also looking at putting a finite time on waiting for clients at the airport. We expect that all clients should be able to clear customs within an hour of landing. If a client is delayed longer than an hour then we expect the client to make contact with us to let us know how long they will be. If necessary we can move that client to the next available shuttle. If we don't hear from them then it is possible we will move them without further consideration.

To provide a shared ride service we need to be fair to all our clients and most delays in customs or immigration are of the clients own making, which is why we will endeavour to adhere to this policy and it wil ensure that our waiting time policy for all clients is maintained at 40 - 45 minutes once you clear customs.

Likewise with delayed flights we will endeavour to have a shuttle available for you however if you are due on a late night flight that is significantly delayed then we expec you to make contact with us prior to your eventual departure so we can discuss options with you. There are times that we may not be able to meet the delayed flight. Again it is something outside our control and it is the airline that needs to be held responsible for the delay.
